We are looking for a driven Emerging Technology Consultant to join this innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of technology in the commercial real estate market, working with cutting-edge solutions in the UK or the US (East Coast or Midwest).

Role Overview:

As an Emerging Technology Consultant, you will:

• Support senior consultants across all projects.
• Focus on research, documentation, and analysis to drive project success.
• Assist in translating business needs into innovative technology solutions.
• Develop insights into new technologies impacting the commercial real estate market.
• Engage with startups for evaluations and solution analysis.
• Contribute to proof of concepts, pilots, and project lifecycles.
• Ensure adherence to governance processes and change management methodologies.

Requirements:

• Degree in business, real estate, or technology.
• Minimum of three to five years of related technology and/or real estate experience.
• Background in Commercial Real Estate Tech or Emerging Tech, or experience as a Business Analyst looking to transition into a tech-focused role.
• Strong blend of business operations and technology support experience.
