Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations and Onboarding: Serve as the main point of contact for BTR property clients, managing accounts from the initial onboarding phase through ongoing support. Provide expert advice on best practices, market trends, and asset optimization strategies.

Performance Reporting and Analysis: Produce comprehensive reports on client portfolio performance. Analyze data on occupancy rates, rental income, arrears, and maintenance, and offer actionable insights based on your analysis.

Collaboration: Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery and maximize client value.

Sales Process Enhancement: Manage and optimize the sales funnel for client accounts, streamlining processes to boost efficiency and conversion rates.

Marketing Strategy Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies for client development sites, leveraging digital channels and advertising platforms. Regularly monitor and adjust campaigns to maintain effectiveness.

Support for Project Management: Contribute to key initiatives and special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and resolve any challenges that may arise.

Your Contribution:
Your expertise will elevate client relationships and drive business success in the dynamic BTR market. Use your strategic mindset, analytical skills, and client-centric approach to help maintain industry leadership.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-6 (mix of office and field-based)
• Office Location: London Southwark, 1 day a week work from home post probation
• Salary: £35K-40K base salary (based on experience) + commission OTE £85K

What We Are Looking For:
• 3-4 years of experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or BTR)
• Ability to assess market value for rental properties
• Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
