The role offers a unique opportunity to work with seasoned professionals, supporting landlords and tenants in managing their residential letting portfolios. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and dedicated team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to all clients.

Senior Property Manager – Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to both tenants and landlords, ensuring satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Organise and complete pre-tenancy inspections, as well as routine annual property assessments.
  • Manage and supervise refurbishment works as required, ensuring timely completion and high standards.
  • Offer a full range of property management services, key focus on maintenance delivery.

Senior Property Manager – Profile:

  • Extensive experience as an AST Property Manager, with managing or exposure to PCL a must.
  • ARLA qualified – ideally.
  • Proven track record on delivering on service, priding yourself on building strong relationships with your clients.
  • Experience in dealing with complex maintenance situations, and you are able to have difficult conversations.

Senior Property Manager – Package:

  • Basic: £40,000 to £44,000
  • Dynamic working
