Sales Valuer Overview:
We are searching for a dynamic individual to join one of their high-profile offices in Central London, a pivotal part of their organisation. As a property valuer and lister, you will have the exciting opportunity to work in one of London’s most desirable locations. You will play a crucial role in our continued success by delivering outstanding results, utilizing cutting-edge technology, and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
Sales Valuer Responsibilities:
• Provide the highest level of service to clients, setting standards for the team.
• Training and mentorship to Junior members of the team.
• Increase market share and support business development objectives for continued revenue growth.
• Conduct quality valuations and secure property instructions for sale.
• Collaborate closely with senior management on high-profile instructions and clients.
Sales Valuer Profile:
• Possess past or present experience of renting or selling property in London.
• Demonstrate experience in valuing and listing properties in London.
• Have the personality to self-motivate, be proactive and embrace exciting new challenges – a grafter.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
