Your responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding of new clients and manage their lifecycle, ensuring high engagement and retention.
- Drive growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
- Work across teams—Product, Sales, Marketing—to provide feedback and develop creative solutions for client challenges.
- Regularly review account health, mitigate risks, and nurture client relationships to meet ambitious KPIs.
- Deliver consultative strategies to help clients navigate complex and evolving business environments.
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in customer success or account management, ideally within property, public sector, or SaaS.
- Proven success managing complex client relationships and driving growth.
- Strong consultative sales skills and an ability to align software solutions with client goals.
- Fluent German (native level) and excellent English communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
