What You’ll Do in this Property Manager role:
- Portfolio Management: Take ownership of your own portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth operations for landlords and tenants.
- New Tenancy Progression: Oversee references, certifications, contracts, and pre-move-in arrangements.
- Maintenance Requests: Manage issues efficiently through FixFlo, keeping residents, landlords, and contractors updated within agreed SLAs.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property checks to ensure standards are maintained.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive, supportive relationships with residents, property owners, and contractors.
- Social Media Contributions: Create content to showcase their work and connect with their community.
