Sales Development Representative – Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and qualify them as sales opportunities through outbound activities (email, calls, networking).
- Manage and update sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute outbound campaigns.
- Build rapport with prospects, understanding their needs and presenting solutions.
- Support the senior sales team in nurturing client relationships and closing deals.
Sales Development Representative – Profile
- Some exposure to sales, ideally within PropTech or property-related industries, though not essential.
- Strong communication skills, adaptable, organised and diligent.
- Hungry to learn, proactive, and eager to contribute to team success.
Sales Development Representative – Package
- Base Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 with commission and bonus (double OTE potential).
- Equity options.
