Lettings Associate – Role Overview:

The Lettings Associate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders. The role involves managing the lettings process, from marketing and viewings to negotiations and compliance.

Lettings Associate – Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed lettings targets while maintaining outstanding customer service.
  • Assist in valuing and marketing rental properties.
  • Manage negotiations between landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct viewings and provide expert guidance on property features.
  • Perform compliance checks including Right to Rent, AML, and client due diligence.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure all lettings procedures align with industry best practices and legislation.

Lettings Associate – Profile:

  • Experience in the London lettings sector.
  • A proven track record of achieving lettings targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
