Key Responsibilities for this Property Manager role:

• Work closely with Director of Property Management, to maintain and enhance their client’s property portfolio.
• Contribute to team efforts and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Engage in various property management tasks, ensuring high standards of service.
• Prepare to welcome an additional team member within the next 12 months.

Ideal Candidate for this Property Manager role:

• Will demonstrates a strong commitment to long-term goals and values team collaboration over individual gain.
• Thrives in an office environment and values fairness and reasonableness in their professional conduct.
• ARLA accreditation would be advantageous.
• A full UK drivers license would also be advantageous but not essential.
