Are you a sales and solutions based Account Manager that is fluent in French?

Do you have proven experience in Account Management or Client Services in the Real Estate space?

This innovative Proptech company is expanding and looking for talented individuals to join their team. Their cutting-edge platform streamlines the processes between vendors, users, and operational staff, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties. With a strong presence globally, they are a recognised organisation the Real Estate sphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster connections with current clients by offering solutions tailored to their goals.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of essential customer needs and expectations.
  • Contribute significantly to the acquisition of new sales, fostering enduring relationships.
  • Compile regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders, utilising key account metrics.
  • Guarantee the timely delivery of appropriate products and services to customers.
  • Act as the communication bridge between key clients and internal teams.
  • Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints to uphold trust.
  • Build trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.

Skills and Experienced:

  • Proven experience in Sales & Account Management or Client Services roles.
  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion and aptitude for building relationships with professionals across all organisational levels.
  • Knowledge or experience in the retail or proptech sector would be ideal.
  • French or Spanish speaking is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • £50-60k Basic £70-80k OTE
  • Location: Central London or East of England (HQ) / Hybrid.
