About the Role:
A leading provider of premium workspaces in Central London, is seeking a New Business Manager. In this client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for leasing office suites, increasing occupancy rates, and driving rental revenue. You’ll work closely with sales and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities for Commercial Lettings Consultant 
• Maximize occupancy and rent levels.
• Target key sectors (e.g., Financial Services) to secure new business for Private Offices, Coworking, and Lounge spaces.
• Proactively generate leads and schedule viewings.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and agents.
• Conduct office viewings, negotiate contracts, and follow up on proposals.
• Update CRM with lead status and opportunity details.
• Collaborate with Centre Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth sales-to-operations transition.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competition.

Qualifications for Commercial Lettings Consultant: 
• Proven experience in a B2B sales environment with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in serviced offices or a similar sector is desirable.
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
