One of the most established independent estate agents in the London market is looking for a Sales Manager for one of their top performing vibrant offices in South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious firm, who are looking for a likeminded individual to spearhead this busy Lettings office.
The successful Sales Manager will continue to build on the company’s excellent reputation, expanding market share and upholding excellent customer service standards.

Character profile of the Sales Manager:
· Proven track record as a Sales lister or manager
· Ability to manage and motivate a team of negotiators
· Independent thinker, ready to spearhead this busy and vibrant office
· Customer service focused, with attention to detail towards client care
· Confident in building strong reputation in the local community

Package for the Sales Manager:
· £70,000-£90,000+ OTE
· £30,000-£35,000 Basic Salary
· Tiered commission from 6% to 12.5%
· High banking office
· Company Car or car allowance
· Monday to Friday 9am-6.30pm
· Occasional Saturday’s 10-3:30pm
