Senior Property Sales Consultant – High-End Residential Property (Barnes)
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 Basic | OTE £60,000 – £75,000
Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (No Weekends!!!)
Flexible Working Options Available
10% Commission on an established £400k Pipeline

The Opportunity:
This is a unique chance to join a respected independent estate agency, known for handling premium properties in Barnes and the surrounding areas. The business is already on target to hit £400k without any negotiators in place – you’ll have the opportunity to earn 10% commission on everything you help push through, making this a very lucrative role for the right person.

The right person will have a longer term opportunity to assume management of the entire business in the future.

What You’ll Do:

  • The sales pipeline is continually supplied with repeat business and by the owners position in the area but the right candidate will be expected to add to and enhance this by bringing in new business
  • Manage applicants and sellers, guiding them through the property transaction process
  • Work closely with the highly experienced Managing Director to ensure the smooth handling of all deals
  • Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on client relationships and keeping sales progressing smoothly
  • Enjoy autonomy and trust, overseeing the business when the MD is involved in other interests
  • Benefit from a flexible working arrangement, with the potential for one day of home working per week and with potentially even more flexibility once you’re settled in

What We’re Looking For:

  • Significant experience in estate agency, ideally with a high-end brand or a very accomplished candidate from another industry looking for a change
  • Strong knowledge of the Barnes area and local property market; local candidates are preferred
  • A confident, self-sufficient professional who can work closely with the MD while independently managing applicants and sales
  • Someone who enjoys estate agency but is looking for a more balanced, flexible working environment without the pressure of targets
