Do you have experience in residential lettings client accounts?
Have you got experience developing and managing landlord/tenants relations across a portfolio of properties?

My client is looking for an experienced Lettings Client Accountant to join one of their largest teams at the heart of their residential letting’s operation. You will take control of a large portfolio of properties, dealing with the client accounts process from start to finish.

Lettings Client Accountant – Company:
This multi-disciplinary property company has a network of offices, a long, distinguished history and are established market leaders across London.
They pride themselves on their innovative approach, as well as commitment to their teams and external charities.

Lettings Client Accountant – Duties:
• Import new tenancy details into accounting system to process rent
• Ensure the processing of rent is timely and efficient
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and other branches
• Dealing with deposit returns
• Rent arrears chasing and investigating account queries
• Ensure compliance is upheld
• Understand overseas Landlord tax
• Investigate queries and take action

Lettings Client Accountant – Person Profile:
• Experience in lettings client accounts or purchase ledger experience
• An eye for detail and ability to work methodically
• Passion for mathematics and problem solving
• Good working excel knowledge and MS Office.
• Located close to SW London
• Experience with lettings deposit schemes and disputes is desirable

Lettings Client Accountant – Package:
Salary: £32 – £34,000pa
Monthly performance related bonus, range of company benefits
Hours: 9am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
