Competitive Salary: £40,000 basic plus £7200 car allowance, OTE £70,000 in year one
Hybrid role: Work from home with one day in the London office
No weekends
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

An established and respected interior design company, renowned for providing luxury furniture packages to property developers and landlords, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with big plans for the future.

This company specialises in luxury furnishing packages for the property sector. Their clientele spans a range of sectors, including Build-to-Rent (BTR) and residential developers. About the role
As Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own schedule, mainly working from home with occasional meetings at their London office and showroom. You’ll be responsible for managing existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities. Your strong network in the property industry, especially within the BTR sector, will be key to your success in this role.

You’ll be working closely with a team that includes the Associate Sales Director, Sales Support, and senior leadership, with the opportunity to grow within the business and eventually take on a more strategic role. With a relaxed, non-corporate atmosphere, this is an ideal role for someone looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
