Location: Berlin, Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Salary: €80,000-€100,000

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding of new clients and manage their lifecycle, ensuring high engagement and retention.
  • Drive growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
  • Work across teams—Product, Sales, Marketing—to provide feedback and develop creative solutions for client challenges.
  • Regularly review account health, mitigate risks, and nurture client relationships to meet ambitious KPIs.
  • Deliver consultative strategies to help clients navigate complex and evolving business environments.

What they’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in customer success or account management, ideally within property, public sector, or SaaS.
  • Proven success managing complex client relationships and driving growth.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and an ability to align software solutions with client goals.
  • Fluent German (native level) and excellent English communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
