Role Overview Senior Sales Negotiator:
As the Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be a key player in the Sales team and act as the right hand to the Sales Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing a strong pipeline, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and nurturing relationships with both vendors and buyers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up and take on more responsibility without the formal title of manager, perfect for someone with the drive to progress and who thrives in a premium property environment.
Candidate Profile Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Confident, articulate and impeccably presented
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in a fast-paced estate agency
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with high-end clientele
- Highly motivated, target-driven and proactive in approach
- Able to hit the ground running and handle a busy workload with ease
Package Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Basic Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)
- On Target Earnings: £60,000 – £65,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Saturdays: 1 in 3 (with a half day off in lieu)
- Work From Home Options: Available
