Senior Buyer (Team Lead) – Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume sales activity – expected to handle 50+ calls a day.
• Work closely with a pod structure — two SDRs and a sales progressor — to optimise the sales process.
• Deliver tailored solutions to clients facing time-sensitive and challenging situations (e.g., financial difficulties, divorce, emirgration).
• Close high-value deals quickly and efficiently, focusing on “when” over “how much.”
• Build trust and rapport with clients, guiding them through the process with empathy and professionalism.

 

Senior Buyer (Team Lead) – Profile:

• Proven track record in property sales, estate agency, or a similar high-performance sales environment.
• Strong closer mentality — confident in handling objections and managing sensitive conversations.
• Highly empathetic and emotionally intelligent — able to engage with clients during difficult times.
• A natural problem-solver with a keen understanding of client psychology.

 

Senior Buyer (Team Lead) – Package:

• Competitive base salary: £45,000 – £50,000 with realistic OTE of £120,000+.
• Location: central London – modern, well-equipped office.
