Property Manager – Company Profile:

The role offers a dynamic working environment where you will deal with the most exclusive properties in London’s most affluent areas. Property Manager – Responsibilities: 

• Conduct new build handovers and complete snagging reports. 

• Perform pre-tenancy and end of tenancy checks to ensure properties meet required standards. 

• Issue works orders and monitor outstanding works daily. 

• Authorize third-party invoices for payment related to portfolio management. 

• Ensure portfolio properties comply with all relevant regulations and safety requirements. 

• Develop and sustain professional relationships with contractors, concierges, and building managers. 

• Review check-in and checkout reports and support the Assistant Property Manager in handling additional comments. 

• Manage end-of-tenancy deposit settlements, including negotiations. 

• Oversee contractors during refurbishment projects. 

• Serve legal notices, legal action letters, and manage eviction processes. 

• Identify and notify the Head of Property Management of potential insurance claims. 
• Ensure service charges and ground rents are up to date. 

Property Manager – Profile: 

• Solid experience in AST Property Management. 

• ARLA desirable. 

• Customer service is the focus. 

• Can-do, hands on approach. 

• Excellent attention to detail and time management. 

• Highly motivated methodical and organised. 

• Enthusiastic, positive and personable. 

 

Property Manager – Package: 

• Basic: £35,000 to £37,000.
