New Business Manager – Role Overview:
The New Business Manager will be responsible for leasing office suites within the London portfolio in a client-facing role. They will focus on increasing occupancy and rental revenue while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, working closely with brokers, agents, and direct clients to secure new business.
New Business Manager – Responsibilities:
• Maximise occupancy and rent levels across the portfolio.
• Target key sectors to secure new private office, coworking, and lounge business.
• Proactively generate leads through strategic outreach and database management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and agents.
• Conduct office viewings, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
• Ensure smooth handovers from Sales to Operations.
• Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.
New Business Manager – Profile:
• Experience in real estate leasing or sales (residential or commercial).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organised with strong time management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
New Business Manager – Package & Benefits:
• Basic: £40-45,000 with £70,000 OTE
• Mon to Fri ONLY! 37.5-hour workweek with flexibility as required.
