Location: Office-based (no driving license required)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + Commission & Bonuses (potentially more DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a confident and caring Property Manager to join a tight-knit and passionate team. Managing a portfolio of around 75–80 residential properties, you’ll be the go-to person for tenants and landlords alike. Offering support, advice, and exceptional service every step of the way. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling all aspects of tenancy management, including renewals, maintenance, compliance and inspections
• Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, building strong and trusting relationships
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors
• Managing deposit returns and dispute resolution
• Ensuring legal compliance across the portfolio
• Getting involved with the team’s proactive outreach and “hustle hours” to help generate new business
• Contributing to the positive culture of the office – bringing energy, ideas, and a smile to work each day

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in property management or a similar role
• A team player with great communication skills and natural empathy
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks with confidence
• A proactive mindset and passion for delivering top-tier service
• Someone who enjoys being in the office and part of a buzzing, sociable team
