Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:45pm

Are you a confident and capable lettings professional ready to step into a high-performing, senior-level role in one of Central London’s most respected boutique agencies?
This well-established, design-led property firm based in the heart of Soho, is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to take on an established patch and hit the ground running.
The successful candidate will be expected to generate over £275k in annual fees, working with discerning landlords and tenants across Prime Central London.

What you’ll be doing as Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Building and managing strong relationships with landlords and tenants in the prime market
• Handling negotiations, presenting offers, and closing deals with confidence and care
• Delivering exceptional service at every stage of the lettings process
• Generating strong pipeline activity and consistently exceeding targets
• Contributing to a collaborative and respectful team culture

 

Who would suit this Senior Lettings Negotiator role:

• A Lettings Negotiator with 2+ years of experience, ideally in a prime or boutique agency
• Confident managing landlords and progressing deals with minimal oversight
• Energetic and personable, with real emotional intelligence and commercial awareness
• Someone who brings both charm and backbone — reliable, likeable, and results-focused
• A strong team player who’s ready to take ownership and make their mark
• Someone with the maturity and pace to slot into an experienced team and start performing quickly
