A globally established, cutting-edge SaaS company is expanding its US operations and looking for a driven Senior Sales Director to spearhead their growth in the New York market. Already transacting at seven figures in the US and supported by an internationally acclaimed marketing team, this organisation is poised to revolutionise how commercial real estate owners and operators manage their assets.

The Opportunity
You’ll join a dynamic, high-performing team led by an ambitious and supportive CEO who is rapidly assembling top talent across the East Coast. With a robust pipeline of inbound leads and a proven track record of success globally, this role is ideal for someone ready to make an impact and shape the future of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive SaaS sales into senior decision-makers within commercial real estate, including office buildings, shopping malls, airports, cultural institutions, universities, and hotels.
• Leverage your established network to secure high-value accounts with owners and operators.
• Manage deal cycles for transactions ranging from $50,000 to $500,000.
• Deliver exceptional results, aiming for annual sales targets comparable to $800,000 – $1,500,000.
• Work collaboratively with a global team and maintain high standards of client engagement.

What You’ll Need
• Extensive experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• A strong network of senior-level contacts (C-suite) within commercial real estate sectors such as offices, hotels, airports, retail, and cultural institutions.
• Deep understanding of the commercial real estate market in the US, especially in New York.
• The ability to close large, high-value deals and drive long-term client relationships.
• A passion for results, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
