Cherry Pick People have been working with candidates and clients in white collar construction positions over the last few years.  We have decided to open a new team dedicated to this huge industry and this is an exciting addition to our firm in 2017. We focus on providing temporary, contract and permanent recruitment solutions across the sector. We apply the same principles of proactive resourcing, full pre-screening, meeting and reference checking (senior level candidates) as a standard procedure, to ensure that each placement we make is thorough and considered for all our candidates and clients.

Our client base in construction is growing by the day due to the range of development projects going up across the country in both residential and commercial build and infrastructure.  We act for property developers, main and sub-contractors, housing associations and the public sector, as well as specialist PRS developers, all looking to tackle the UK Housing crisis.  We feel very passionately about assisting and supporting our clients to deliver on this requirement for the government and for the UK population as a whole.
